Responsibility

Modern Slavery

As part of the construction industry, we have a responsibility to adopt a robust approach against modern slavery and human trafficking.

Our organisation is completely committed to preventing such practices by acting ethically and with integrity throughout all of our business activities and relationships. We expect and ensure our supply chain, contractors, employees and all other business partners to show the same commitment and operate in line with our standards of ethics and morality regarding this issue.

Grob Group believes that all individuals have the right to work under fair conditions, without exploitation and will always do what we can to ensure that all employees are protected from modern slavery in all its various forms. Through training, due diligence and raising awareness, as well as operating policies including our anti-corruption & bribery policy, we aim to prevent, detect, and report modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain.
